Being a leader isn't about you, it's about the people that are on your team and how you can help them to be successful. Leadership isn't easy, rather, a challenge to be something more than average. It is not an easy job but I hope that our votes won't be wasted because you deserve your position. We are routing on you, your capacity to lead us. Moreover, there were a lot of problems that are visible nowadays. I hope that you would be able to resolve it as soon as possible. Because many lives are lost due to these crimes happening.
